International sources (FIBO, IFRS, schema.org, Wikidata) are included for breadth but are not the primary reference for U.S.-domiciled deals.

The International Financial Reporting Standards are issued by the IASB in London and used by 140+ jurisdictions, but U.S. domestic SEC registrants must file in U.S. GAAP.
