The term also includes a school operated as an activity of an organization described in section 501(c)(3) which is exempt from income tax under section 501(a), if such school normally maintains a regular faculty and curriculum and normally has a regularly enrolled body of pupils or students in attendance at the place where its educational activities are regularly carried on.","license":"https://www.usa.gov/government-copyright","source":"tax","source_url":"https://uscode.house.gov/browse/prelim@title26"}
