Price increases after February 1, 1975, shall be presumed to take increases in tax liabilities into account unless the taxpayer demonstrates to the contrary by clear and convincing evidence.","license":"https://www.usa.gov/government-copyright","source":"tax","source_url":"https://uscode.house.gov/browse/prelim@title26"}
